Hotel Policies
Guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

- Standard Check-in: 2:00PM
- Standard Check-out: 12:00 NN
- Adjustments: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Requirements: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
Reservation & Payment
- Deposit Requirement: A minimum 50% down payment (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash and GCash.
- Policy on Unpaid Bookings: We strictly do not hold reservations without a down payment ("Pay Later" is not available). Unsecured bookings are treated as Walk-ins and are subject to availability upon arrival.
No-Show Policy (Strict)
- Arrival Cutoff: Guests are expected to check in by 8:00 PM on their scheduled arrival date.
- Automatic Cancellation: If you do not arrive or contact the front desk by 8:00 PM, the system will automatically mark the booking as a "No-Show."
- Room Release: Once marked as a No-Show, the room may be released to other guests, and the initial down payment may be forfeited.
Extension of Stay
- Availability: Extensions are strictly subject to room availability.
- Payment: Guests extending their stay must settle the payment for the additional nights immediately.
- Amount Due: You may pay the Full Amount or a 50% Partial Payment to secure the extension.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Recheduling and Credits
We operate a non-refundable booking policy. While we do not issue cash refunds, we offer flexibility for guests who need to change their plans:
- 72 Hours Notice: If you cancel or request a change more than 3 days (72 hours) before your check-in date, your down payment can be applied as a credit toward a future stay (subject to availability).
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date are non-refundable and ineligible for rescheduling.
